Himraj Adhikari
Founder & Managing Director
Welcome to the world of culinary innovation and excellence, where HIMRAJ ADHIKARI, our esteemed Founder and Managing Director, stands at the helm of extraordinary ventures. With over a decade of international education and work experience across the retail, food and beverage, and services industry, Himraj brings a wealth of expertise to the table.
His remarkable journey includes being honored as the Best District Manager for the Asia Pacific region in Singapore. In 2018, fueled by a profound passion for culinary excellence, he made the pivotal decision to return to his home country.
In 2020, the seeds of revolution were sown as Himraj founded Smoking Yak Steak House & Pub in the picturesque city of Pokhara. Building on this success, in 2022, Smoking Yak expanded its footprint to Thamel, Kathmandu, marking the beginning of a journey set to redefine the F&B industry not only in Nepal but also on a global scale.

Rhishendra Giri (Suresh)
Director
Mr. Giri, a seasoned strategic business consultant with over 8 years in International Remittance, excels in executive team leadership, international marketing, and understanding payment flows. With a proven track record in marketing money transfer services across diverse segments, he served as Relationship Manager at Transfast, expanding organizational capacity.
As Executive Director at QS Remit, he established the company in Japan and South Korea, fostering cross-banking partnerships. Rhishendra, a Nepalese national residing in Kathmandu, holds a Bachelor's in Business Studies and brings a hands-on approach and excellent communication skills to drive success in dynamic environments.

Jeewan Bhattrai
Director
Bhattarai is a young tourism entrepreneur based in Pokhara, Nepal. With a diverse portfolio of ventures, he has demonstrated his entrepreneurial prowess. Serving as the Managing Director of Salt & Pepper Restolounge and Founder/CEO of Urban Yeti Clothing Private Limited, Jeewan has been at the forefront of Lakeside, Pokhara's vibrant business scene since 2011.
His role as the Executive Director of Smoking Yak Steakhouse & Tantra Pokhara Restaurant & Bar(FatMonkey) showcases his commitment to innovation in the culinary domain. Jeewan's entrepreneurial journey includes directorial positions at Pokhara Outdoor and Flying Munky Airventures Private Limited.
With a foundation in advertising, where he spent several years at agencies like MARS and TBWA Benchmark, Jeewan brings a unique blend of creative and strategic acumen to his ventures. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Nepali, Jeewan is not only a business leader but also a passionate advocate for tourism, reflecting his deep interests in Branding, interior design, cars and travel.
